Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy mom went in and got her nails done last week. Over the weekend all of her nails which were dip started cracking. Sunday we noticed all of her real nails were chipping with the dip. She went in today to ask for a fix and why this was happening. Instead of fixing all of the cracked nails the lady just wanted to fix the 4 that were chipped. She continued to blame my mom saying she had caused her nails to do this, and that she wouldn’t fix them all just the few that were already chipped. By the way she has been getting dip for about 3 years now and has never had problem. The only thing with her hands that she does at work is type.
