Tami is so amazing and detail. I love that I always have special request because I have diabetics and i m scare of infections and they always understand and accept my request , Tami always open the sterile pack of scissors in front of me. Is very rarely you will see this in nails salons this days. The only think that need to be improve is to keep the appointment time as promise and the people that come in first come first serve they need to wait if they don’t have appointments.I definitely recommend this place to anyone 🙂 🙂

The lady started out good, asking me how it looked at every step. But then they started getting more customers and she started rushing and the quality of work went down, she was filing my nail so roughly she tore my skin and it bled, and she didn’t even acknowledge and apologize. She was getting short with me when I told her to fix something. If I am paying full price + tip then I deserve to get done what I am there for. Overall, wasnt too happy or unhappy with her work.

Took my daughter here to get a handle on her hang nails. She’s a nail biter. The ladies we kind enough to lecture her about it. As a parent sometimes your kids need to hear it from someone besides you. Very pleasant experience.

I first went to Neo Nails because it was down the street from my house. The staff was friendly (everyone speaks English!) and there is usually no wait, even without an appointment. I have taken numerous friends here and everyone is pleased with their work. They are very hygenic and sanitize all equipment as soon as they are done with you, as well as scrub the pedicure bowl down. Their nail artwork is always amazingly detailed and I get comments about it all the time! Reasonably priced and you can upgrade with a scrub, paraffin wax, etc.

Nails are a bit thin and break if you don’t take care. But other than that $40 for any size which is amazing. Beautifuly done. Everything is amazing. I really love this place.

So the fleshy part between my big left toe and the next toe was kinda hurting, so i thought i must have cut my nail too short. I don’t get many pedicures, idk i just kinda file and paint my own toenails, im veey ticklish on my feet. But i just went to Neos and the nice lady took out a little ingrown nail out of my hurting toe! I had no idea, never saw anything like it and my toe no longer hurts!! So i decided to give them a nice review cos the place is indeed nice, clean, friendly people, good service and i will be back. I did think $40 (with $5 tip) was a bit pricey but idk i don’t do this much. Color number 094.
