I wanted my nails done for my 17th birthday so my sister brought me to neo nails, I had an appointment so they began my nails I showed 4 /5 different workers what I wanted very clearly. The owner then proceeded to fastly do my nails he did white chunky lumpy French tips in like 10 minutes) which is nowhere near what I wanted. I asked him when he was adding the color he had an attitude and I felt very unwelcomed. He soaked my nails off and kept saying I should have told him which I did he was trying to gaslight me. So he sends a female worker over to re do my nails she cut my long natural nails when i said I wanted to keep them and add tips / nails over I was upset when she cut my natural nails off then proceeded to cut all my fingers with the nail spinny thingy my pinkie is bruised and my fingers are slashed,the nails weren’t done right again!!! The staff are rude mainly the owner the younger staff members were nice. I don’t see how he is the owner I said thankyou on the way out and he ignored me. Absolutely don’t recommend it my fingers still hurt and these are the worst nails I’ve ever got. Ps they charged 60 for those messed up nails

They don’t offer acrylic at this nail salon. Disappointed bc I often change colors. Not only that, I had them do my nails in the SS and the next day throughout the week I had several crack and break off. Painful of course. They didn’t take their time with it as they should have. Dip powder

Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Ever.I visited the salon this afternoon to get a gel manicure. (On my ONLY afternoon off this week.)I had an appointment for 04:15 PM. The female worker sat me down and I soaked my previous set off. I picked my colors. She asked if I needed a cut down. I did. After she cut my nails she proceeded to start the manicure. In an effort to prevent any miscommunication, I let her know that I did not want square shaped nails. I wanted nails in the same shape I had before. The shape was oval. She asked what shape. I again let her know that it was oval. She moved the manicure bowl and started shaping the nails. The first looked more coffin/almond so I let her know that I prefer oval. She starts giggling and goes get another female worker. The other worker comes over and asks me what shape. I repeat oval to her. She asked me to pull up a picture of the nail shape… I take my phone out and look it up. When I look up from my phone she is gone and the 1st female worker that was helping me is now giving the woman next to me a manicure. I patiently waited for either of them to come back. Neither do. They both continue working on other customers that came into the salon after I did. I sat for 45 min with no one speaking to me or trying to help me. The manager looked at me multiple times and walked away to help others. When my sister was done with her nails and ready to leave I asked to speak to a manager. He walked over. He must have already knew what was going on because before I could even explain what was going on, he asked me what shape nails I want… I began to explain to him what happened and that it was very unprofessional and it made me very upset. His response was – ok show me a picture of the nail shape you want. OVAL! Oval is a nail shape… i didn’t make it up on my own… I politely told him him no one would be doing my nails and I would never spend money in this business again. No one seemed bothered. The original female that was helping me never even looked up from doing the customers nails NEXT TO ME.Now I have flimsy, different shaped, half filed down nails. I’ve been there twice and both times were completely disappointing. The first time the girl Trina didn’t even finish filing my nails so I had to FILE THEM MYSELF. Then she put the wrong price on the paper so I showed the girl that checked me out that I didn’t get what she marked, so she said she changed it but then she charged me the “mandatory tip”. We went back today for an appointment at 1, and we weren’t seen until 2:15. The girl that was doing my pedicure left halfway through and didn’t comeback so another girl came finish. It was my friends birthday so she wanted to go all out and do the hot wax on her hands and the guy said no you don’t need that. I can see why the owner was fired from Nail Envy. This place sucks. Also, the sterilization pouches are NOT actually being sterilized. When they pulled them out and opened them I saw the marker on the pouch that indicates if it’s been sterilized and it hadn’t. So you can definitely get infections from them.

It’s an average nail salon. Nothing super special / personable. I find my SNS service seemed a bit thick for my liking. But it’s simply. Okay. One great thing about them is they offer a military discount.

It was soooo clean and well sanitized. I would have given it a 5 but the lady that did my pedicure made so many faces and then asked my husband’s person to finish me. I felt humiliated and decided not to get my nails done. Although it was funny to watch it was not the type of service I recommend. I tipped for her service and left. Will go back but don’t want her anymore.

I’ve gone before multiple times in the past. Both with and without my boyfriend, this past weekend (Feb 12, 2022) we went and got our usual double infinity pedicures. And two days later he ends up with two of his toes infected, now he’s got pus from both of his middle toes and they hurt to touch, not to mention the bright red color. Sadly we will no longer be returning, which is a shame because I enjoyed going to NeO Nails for different services but I cannot trust them anymore after this. I don’t know if it’s from the tools or possibly a dirty tub but I am disappointed.
