Positive: ProfessionalismAmazing service. I’ve found it hard to find a place that is good at doing dip, but Tanya did an amaaaazing job. I wanted nail art but wasn’t sure what to get and she was able to pick up my vibe and show me some options she thought I would like, which I loved. I was in and out of the salon and left with one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. one of the other wonderful women who work there helped me pick out a good color, and suggested mixing two pinks to get a very soft/ natural but bubbly pink that I was looking for. They are very experienced here and the man that works at the desk was very friendly! My pedicure here was also very nice! If you are looking for somewhere to get your nails done come here! Amazing service. I’ve found it hard to find a place that is good at doing dip, but Tanya did an amaaaazing job. I wanted nail art but wasn’t sure what to get and she was able to pick up my vibe and show me some options she thought I would like, which I loved. Trying to schedule a simple treatment, Mr. Eden was rude, unprofessional and arrogant – all under 5 minutes. “In the interest of his business” he has successfully lost a client. With so many great places on Key Biscayne, I strongly recommend you go anywhere else where they actually appreciate your business. Just across from them you’ll find GM Salon which offers a wonderful full service or down the street at Ceci’s( next to the Winn Dixie) the staff is lovely and is actually welcoming towards their clientele.
