Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAfter my original appointment canceled at the last minute. They were able to fit me in. I’m so happy now that my other appointment canceled because I Love my hair!! The owner, who also did my hair was so polite and professional. She was careful not to include my edges and apologetic when doing the more tender areas. The energy in the shop was calming and it was very clean. I also observed her sanitize as customers left. After my original appointment canceled at the last minute. They were able to fit me in. I’m so happy now that my other appointment canceled because I Love my hair!! The owner, who also did my hair was so polite and professional. She was careful not to include my edges and apologetic when doing the more tender areas. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI arrive with my daughter at the schedule time. The stylists didn’t greet us upon entering the salon. They ignored us until I walked up to them. I told them I had an appointment at 10am and she ask could I come back at 10:40. I said okay no problem. We arrived back at 10:43. She and her team ignored us again. They were deep in conversation. I took a seat and waited for a minute or so. I stood up and asked when would they be ready to start on my daughter she said 11:30. I walked out and found another salon. My daughter has to start school on Tuesday and I booked this appointment earlier in the week and paid a deposit. If she would have called me this morning and pushed us back I would have came at 11:30. They lack professional and communication. I arrive with my daughter at the schedule time. The stylists didn’t greet us upon entering the salon. They ignored us until I walked up to them.
