I went there a few times in the past. I went last Saturday and paid $100 for some straight back cornrows so I can go on a cruise the second day of my trip I noticed my hair coming out looking real fuzzy. I wore a scarf the entire trip they acknowledged the situation but giving me the run around about when they can redo it talking about the busy. My son also got sick in there I had to take in to the restroom it was disgusting in the back and smelled like piss

I Asked for 4 Ghana braids to the back the owner informed me that I couldn’t get the zigzag part I desired because I have natural hair . I didn’t put up a fuss I simply said ok I’ll just take 4 basic straight back feed in braids. My part isn’t straight nor is it in the middle of my head. My braids are crooked & she packed so much jam on my hair that when I set in the car it looked as if I deliberately stuck my hand in the jar & placed it on the head rest. Very unprofessional kids screaming & running around. She stopped at least 5 times to tend to the children. Not to mention how rough she was with combing my hair. I do not recommend this shop. First & last time I’ll ever go here.

They took their time nd did a great job. But a lady brought her baby there nd she was just loud ND crying the whole time. It was just not a place for a 2yr old. When u getting it hair done for that long u don’t want to hear a crying baby. But the work was a A plus

She told me to get there at 8am and I arrived before then and even waited until 8 for the doors to open. I called and she sounded like she was still sleep and told me to give her 5 minutes, which turned into 10 (I had to be to work). I walked across the street to the other shop and she called me back around 8:20 and told me to come back “right now” and that she was watching the door of that shop to make sure I left.
