The lack of professionalism in this salon is astounding. The manager is rude and completely out of her mind. Oh, and they tried to tack on an extra fee to blow dry my hair. I go to blow dry bars all the time and I have fine, straight hair that is incredibly easy to manage. I’ve been to every blow dry bar in this area, and no one has ever wanted to charge extra to do my hair.The manager told me if I was going to complain, I can leave and get the Groupon refunded. So, that’s exactly what I did! Groupon handled the situation easily and promptly.
