Came here as a guy getting a manicure and pedicure for the first time. I hope I remembered her name correctly but Frior took care of me. First off, I was nervous about being a guy in there but everyone was really nice and I never felt the slightest bit uncomfortable. ACTUALLY, by the time everything was over, I may have been the most relaxed that I’ve been in years. I got a back massage while my feet were soaking and hand and foot massage after both mani and pedi. I don’t know if other shops do that but if they don’t you should probably switch. They are amazing there and very nice. Seemed like they knew all of their customers names and I even heard one lady nicely say “please don’t rush my work” while she was doing nails. They care about their work, they don’t rush and take GREAT care of you. I plan on coming back, often.

I had my nails done over a week and a half ago! I had rubber gel done for the first time. At nellys you feel like home, it’s always clean and they always make you feel comfortable!! The speak Spanish and English!! I always go to Yanet for my hair because she never lets me down! I always get out stoning!!!! She is an artist! I was with my previous full service nail salon for 22 years but sadly closed.Not a welcoming environment, unless you are white. This place was so unwelcoming that the owners daughter had the audacity to ask if I needed anything else as I was drying my nails. They are extremely tone deaf. They have no idea how much money they are missing from potential services.

She took her time with my SNS manicure. Came out beautiful. They follow the COVID-19 codes. Highly recommended. It was peaceful.
