Critical: QualityI had my hair done by Claudia, and unfortunately it was pretty TERRIBLE! I brought two different inspirations pictures and unfortunately got NOTHING close to them! I wanted heavy blonde highlights with a shadow root so it would be nice growing out a bit. Unfortunately I got chunky uneven highlights that were SUPPOSE to be all the way at the root but unfortunately she didn’t use correct technique so the highlights were about half an inch away from the room RIGHT away! There are also two sections where it looks like like the bleach came out the top of the foil and I have tiger stripe looking spots! Looks terrible honestly! I didn’t ask her to fix it because I was worried she would make it worst! So I had it redone at a different salon! I added photos of my hair and the gap from my scalp ATthe salon! And then the tighter stripe areas once I got home and realized they were there. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueConsidering the times, Nellie’s is a salon that has been helping the community with their consistent services. I got a haircut and they clean their chairs and equipment before and after every cut/service. They are a pro mask establishment which makes me feel safe, and they take appointments as well. Considering the times, Nellie’s is a salon that has been helping the community with their consistent services. I got a haircut and they clean their chairs and equipment before and after every cut/service. They are a pro mask establishment which makes me feel safe, and they take appointments as well. I really appreciate this salon and my family will continue to go here as long as they are here. ✌

Critical: ProfessionalismI went for a haircut today and after I waited for a little over an hour ( it was supposed to be my turn then Claudia decided to put this random guy in front of me , clearly I was next in line due to the fact that I called in and talked to Claudia and she said that was only a customer in front me anyways that’s unacceptable what she did and I noticed she allowed this customer enter the establishment without wearing a FACEMASK Or Face covering which is a Local, state and a federal regulation; that’s a big no NOT ACCEPTABLE. While I was there she never even request the customer to wear a facemask.
