Horrible service!! They are over priced and they do not do your hair how you ask them to. The lady that did my hair doesn’t know how to braid she braided my hair extra big and the part’s was not even and neat!! I was upset and the owner said come back in two weeks and I’ll fix for you or I’ll give you a big discount came back in two weeks and she tried to make me pay another $180 and I said no you told me you was gonna give me a discount I was just here two week’s ago so I got my hair braided again she charged me $150 I will never support her business again all she cares about is money and does poor quality work…..

I went into Karen to get my hair done. It was last minute and she took me in right away. It took her about an hour and 30 minutes to do my large box braids. She is very friendly and I love my hair. I recommend anyone to come here and do their hair. She have reasonable prices.

I went and the appointment was right on time. The hair dressers are very welcoming and my hair came out beautiful!! I got a halo braid and she made sure my hair was tapered and the braid was styled exactly how I wanted. I encourage anyone to go there and I will be back for my next braiding style ☺

I had a great experience at Karen’s , they really hooked my hair up for me. The woman there are very cool and friendly. Now I don’t have to go all the way to the city anymore to get my hair braided! I’m gonna have to bring my girl there too so she can look as good as me .
