First, I just want to say that the manicurist did an amazing job cleaning and filing my nails and didn’t push me to get any nail enhancements. I came in with an inspo photo and was really happy with what she did. I only give it four stars because it was pricey. I was quoted $30 for a gel manicure over the phone. But once I got there I was told it was $35 (no biggie in the grand scheme of things). And each designed nail was an extra $6. My manicure cost me $47 (not including the tip). Maybe not a lot to some people but I just wanted to put that out there.

I went here about two weeks ago just to get a dip powder done. My nails are naturally long and when I got mine done the previously here for the powder, it was $40s. Now when I went in to get them done again, my nails were the same length as they were before – the lady told me they were $45 because they are long? From what I get, there’s the powdered tip which makes the length of the nail longer- but that is not your natural nail. Why is it when my nail were long, but I got them for $40 last time for the same length?? My nails got cut down and the powder that the manicurist did was an awful job on the nail. Even with short length now, she still could not make them oval shape? Please. Not going back any time soon.

First place I’ve found in town where my powder dips manicure lasted 3+ weeks! I had one small chip at 3 weeks in but the remainder of my nails still looked great and were just starting to lift but still felt strong and no cracks. I’ll be going back!

I’ve been to so many nail salons before but this one is the worst. Seeing the reviews online made me want to go here at first. So I brought my daughters here. Two of them did acrylic and their nails came out okay. The designs were simple but didn’t even come out exactly as I showed and I didn’t mind. But when it came to my younger 2 girls. They’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes before any opening were open on the tables and instead of giving the open tables to my daughters, the lady that did their nails gave the seats to adult ladies that came after us. She ended up doing my daughters nails on the pedicure chair which made them sit very uncomfortably because there was no table infront for the girls to lay their hands. Instead their hands were towards the side. She was rushing so bad for both my daughters nails that it looked like a toddler drew on my daughters nails. She was rushing because she wanted to do the adults nails that came way after us. Shouldn’t adults and kids be treated the same since we are paying for the exact same treatment?! way too priced and minutes later my daughters “gel” nails already came apart ! So sad! Pls read and don’t waste your time and money here !!! I’ve never ever experienced this anywhere else!

Critical: ProfessionalismAt first this was a really nice place to go to for my nails I could never find a good place to shape my nails right but, I went and I had a scheduled appointment! and one of the nail techs there clipped my finger several times and cut my finger open pretty deep. She had an attitude when I asked her to do a full set and was very rough with me . Afterward she had the audacity to ask for cash instead of being ok with card.. and that’s usually because they don’t want to pay the tax fee for the credit or debit card being used. She never compensated me for Tearing my finger open and making me bleed . If you want a relaxing professional experience this is NOT IT !especially when having a appointment should mean a customer should get what they needed in the first place . This was my first time at this salon and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! Anna did my gel manicure and she did a great job! She is very precise in her work and made sure each nail was perfect. The salon is very clean and has a great selection of colors. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Critical: QualityI went in with high hopes due to so many good reviews. Not sure what happened but so many things were just wrong or rushed.I made an appointment to remove an old set and put on a full acrylic set. They weren’t busy whatsoever but the nail tech was very rushed, not to mention she kept tending to the only other customer in the salon (even though another tech was already helping them).She PEELED my gel acrylics off with the edge of acrylic nail. I haven’t been getting acrylics for long so I decided to do a quick Google search and saw they’re supposed to SOAK your nails to avoid damage to your nail bed. She chose to cut corners andnow one of my nails has pain right in the nail bed.The way she cut my old set was rushed and almost painful. No consideration whatsoever.Didn’t even have me wash my hands before applying nail polish. I had to ask.And the layer of product on the nails is TOO much. Very thick and unattractive.It’s really disappointing and I won’t be returning.
