Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady who owns this business is so negative and rude. She had an attitude and bad energy from when I even called the salon. My sister and I went to get our eyebrows threaded and upper lips waxed. When we came in she barely greeted us and she seems like she doesn’t want to be there. She messed up our eyebrows, they look so bad. We told her to keep them thick and she did the opposite and the shape of our eyebrows look horrible. My sisters eyebrows are crooked. The wax for the upperlip stunk. Also as she was threading my eyebrows she wouldn’t talk or anything she would just keep saying can you keep your head up in a rude way. As soon as she was done she went to the register and crossed her arms as if she’s ready for us to pay and leave. She asked us if we were gonna tip and when we did that’s when she did the only nice thing which was say thank you. That’s it. Yes her prices might be good but for the service and quality it’s not worth it at all. I wouldn’t come here for free! The lady who owns this business is so negative and rude. She had an attitude and bad energy from when I even called the salon. My sister and I went to get our eyebrows threaded and upper lips waxed. I really liked the eyebrow threading as well as waxing of upper lips by Neetu. She was very meticulous as well as careful with my sensitive skin. Also got a facial done by shewetha and she did a great job. I have done facials in a lot of places but she was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.
