I found the the front desk staff here rude, dismissive and condescending. Unfortunately this is not entirely uncommon for a Med Spa, which is why I chose to look beyond their staff in case their work happened to be exemplary. I had a number of procedures done here and I was not happy with my results. The practitioners who did my procedures were not fully informed, nor did they offer accurate advice. Which could have resulted in real long term issues. I am grateful that it has not, but it has resulted in thousands of dollars put forward with no results. As I have experience with the procedures, I think it was largely operator error.

I have visited several med spa’s for various facial treatments and am the most confident in the treatment I receive at NEEM. I have seen aestheticians, nurses and of course Dr. Sandu and feel comfortable with all of the providers. Unlike other med spa’s, Dr. Sandu has all of the cutting edge treatments available to her clientele and the results speak for themselves. I’ve been getting facials at Neem Medical Spa in Winchester by Nicole D who is awesome! I have pretty sensitive skin and my face was experiencing some hormonal breakouts. Nicole knew what was best for my skin. She gave me some great advice and product suggestions to help keep my skin clear and hydrated. I always leave feeling so much better about myself. My face looks and feels great. I really enjoy my facials with Nicole. The place is very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

When I first started going to neem medical my skin was an absolute disaster. Break outs and scars everywhere. Then I started to see Jenyce and not only was she very polite and helpful but also extreme knowledgeable. She knew everything there is to know about the products she was suggesting which all worked wonders. I highly reccomend treatments here and any other location by Neem. Incredible staff!

The amount of positivity to share about this Medical spa is unsurpassable!! Dr Sandhu and her staff cater to each client so individually and professionally. New to this industry as a young woman I felt immediate comfort walking through these doors. I have purchased Groupon Coupon for Chemical peel which is very expensive. It might very person to person experience.However I feel it was real quick like 10 min and she does not cover carefully all the surface area like below chin or chick and top of nose and rubbing was pretty light n quick…Even she did not explain what is she doing one by one. I feel it was very disappointment to do Chemical peel at there with high price where customer care is lacking. I would not recommend the service there.
