This is the best place in bowling Green for getting hair removed. My wife and I go here atleast every two weeks to get our eyebrows threaded and they are phenomenal. Better than most other places. They also offer other services. Like wax and Brazilian wax, bikini and stuff like that. Go by check it out! Very affordable and phenomenal service!

The lady did my daughters eyebrows and I was trying to explain one eyebrow was shaped completely different than the other. She would not even try to fix and told me she was leaving to get her kids so I needed to pay. Mind you my daughter is crying at this point because you can noticeably tell the difference in her eyebrows. One was cut so short it isn’t like I could take her somewhere to really get them fixed. Ulta in the mall was nice enough to try their best to clean them up enough. I understand things are not always perfect but this was bad and to not even try to fix it then demand I pay right now so she could leave is awful. I Will NEVER go to this place ever again!! Awful service and customer service

Awesomely thorough job.. I had no wait. It looked wonderful upon completion of threading my eyebrows and removing jaw/chin hair. I don’t know why I waited so long to get it done.. I’ll definitely go back, when it’s needed again!

The store at Walmart was closed due to staffing so we went to other location at mall. We waited a bit for the women to finish lunch. She did my daughter’s eyebrows and it wasn’t worth the wait. They weren’t done properly one side looked almost untouched and the other could have been better. The woman wouldn’t let go of the mirror for my daughter to see. It wasn’t worth walking back in to get it done again. Might do better next time if we go back or another person might be working that does better. It’s convenient and cost $10. The prices aren’t bad.

They are not washing hands or wearing gloves , they aren’t clean and now my sister has a bacterial infection in her eyes from cross contamination and not properly sanitizing their tools after ever clients !

I love the ladies here!! They are always so nice and do a great job threading. The place is always neat and clean, and they sanitize their hands between clients. They offer waxing, eyelashes extensions and facials (I’ve only used their threading services). The only place in BG I go for my eyebrows.

Wasn’t sure about going to a place in the mall but it was awesome. The Facial wax didn’t leave me raw and burning. I felt light and healthy after. And my eyebrows are perfection.

Critical: QualityI actually love getting my eyebrows done here by one specific lady. Great for getting your eye brows threaded but I also wanted my lashes done. The lady rushed the whole process, didn’t sanitize or wear gloves between customers, I left with a thick black glue line on my natural lashes (hair glue). I thought they used a more sanitized and natural looking system but I guess you get what you pay for. If you don’t mind the obvious fake lash look it’s a good affordable place to go. But it’s just not for me and the look that I was going for. My usual lady always ask if I want cooling gel, eyebrow tint, she brushes my threaded lashes from my face and sits me up to look in the mirror. The newer lady didn’t do any of that.
