I LOVE the ladies here! They may not know my name but they know who I am even if it’s been months since I saw them last! Prices have gone up a bit. Ladies are professional at all times and I mean ALL times. I love hearing them talk in their Native Language. If that’s not for you, I wouldn’t come here. Most times you have to wait a bit to get your service done. They are meticulous in very service they provide. I told them I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, not shaped and she did an amazing job! As always. I highly highly recommend this place for waxing and threading needs.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wish I could post a picture about how bad my lashes are from this place. I should have read the reviews before I came. I have glue up to almost the end of my lashes. They are just a huge black clump of glue that feels super heavy on my eyes and I can hardly move them. When I made an appointment with a new lash tech at a reputable place. She confirmed that Neel Thredz is a horrible place to get lash extensions. Please do not go here for lash extensions. The way they do them is super unsafe for your lashes and most of the time, make your natural lashes fall off along with the extensions.I wish I could post a picture about how bad my lashes are from this place. I wish I could post a picture about how bad my lashes are from this place. I should have read the reviews before I came. I have glue up to almost the end of my lashes. They are just a huge black clump of glue that feels super heavy on my eyes and I can hardly move them. When I made an appointment with a new lash tech at a reputable place. Effed up my eye lash extensions do NOT recommend then the lady proceeded to argue with me and wouldn’t let me leave the store unless I paid! Again, do NOT recommend. She refused to take off stated if she did it would remove all of my natural eye lashes. I’m out of my money and I look like a clown.

I had a decent shape and the lady who did my eyebrows made them crazy thin and gave me a completely different shape instead of following my natural shape and cleaning them up. I was so upset I just pretended like everything was okay, paid, and got out. I should have known, never let any one with bad eyebrows do yours.

This place sucks at eyelash extensions. they put way to much glue and didn’t even separate the lashes. They have no idea how to correctly apply lash extensions. I do not recommend this place. please learn to do a service correctly before doing damage to a client.

The problem I have with this place is that one of the ladies working there does not use deodorant. It always smells like B.O. I usually just go anyway, but today, the smelly lady was going to be the one doing my eyebrows. I told them it smelled funny and left without getting them done. No way was I going to have her armpits in my face!! I’m leaving this review in hopes that they see it, and make her use deodorant. I’m not the only one who has noticed this problem. Girls talk, and everyone who goes there knows this is an issue.
