Critical: QualityMy nails will be lifting before you know it because the proper steps were not taken. They are so in a rush to get your money that they do not care. And when you try to tell them they start speaking in a different language talking about you. And when you try to tell them they start speaking in a different language talking about you. The only reason I went because my boyfriend wanted to go get a pedicure and I should’ve just went somewhere else. Disappointed!

I am in town for an occasion so I decided to come here to get my nails and toes done.Neat Nails by Mary has horrible customer service than what I am use to receiving in my town.I had to tell them how unsanitary it was to use the cheese grater and other tools on the same individual.The nail technician attempted to cut my nails without asking me if they were my real nails. I had to tell her several times that my nails were real and she still attempted to cut/drill my real nails. The technician became rude when I had to tell her several times that she was not doing my nails correctly. She became rough and I asked the manager how much would I need to pay to leave.However, the manager advised me not to leave and placed me with another technician.I was quoted one price but the technician attempted to charge my card for more than the price that was quoted to me. While I was there other individuals were coming back due to over charged cards and horrible nail services. I never heard one employee apologize for poor quality of service.I am all for astounding customer service.I definitely do not recommend this company because they are not professional ,sanitary, and up to par with modern services.

This was a TERRIBLE experience at a nasty place. I went because of the reviews. However, I was extremely disappointed. The pedicure was never completed because she made a quarter inch cut beside my toe that bled for more than five hours. This also was the worst manicure I have ever had and I had to go to a different shop and have my nails redone the following week.

I arrived at 6, seated at 6:15. They rushed everything. The pedicure was decent, but the manicure was atrocious. There were pieces of skin that the lady started to pick off, but didn’t fully. I visited Hattiesburg earlier this week and on Wednesday googled nail salons near TownSuites by Marriott and initally called another salon nearby but I didn’t like his vibes on the phone when inquiring about a spa pedicure. So, I searched to the next google result and chose Neat Nails by Mary because it appears to be women-owned, which i adored. Let me tell you this from the moment that I stepped in to the moment where I kept apologizing for my negligence of the callous removal procedure, i never felt judgmental vibes or just mean vibes in general. The lady who did my nails and gel pedicure was so patient with me and I really, really appreciated that. I gave her a hefty tip in cash and via card because she treated me very, very nice AND did a fantastic job!. I recommend this place for all of your nail needs! Customer from Wellington, FL
