Have been coming here for years. Wayne is awesome, truly cares and always gives a great haircut. However, this establishment is so mis-managed, it is sad. Wayne always appears to be the only one working. The wait is ridiculous and customers leave. Unfortunately, the last three times this has happened to me. I now go to a stylist right around the corner due to these issues. That establishment is well run and well staffed. The owner of Neat and Complete needs to learn to manage his establishment.

Critical: ValueI have loved this place for a number of years but disheartened that they raised their prices to a 25% increase since reopening after COVID. I went for a haircut expecting to pay the normal $16 or a little more. I usually tip high because the barber is awesome but I find the increase ludicrous especially since many people are still out of work. To me, that is just greed on the part of the owner. I have loved this place for a number of years but disheartened that they raised their prices to a 25% increase since reopening after COVID. I went for a haircut expecting to pay the normal $16 or a little more. I usually tip high because the barber is awesome but I find the increase ludicrous especially since many people are still out of work. To me, that is just greed on the part of the owner.
