They were so nice. This has actually been one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve had. I had a pedicure and a manicure. They were very accommodating. And what I’ve never experienced before was someone actually taking the time for the details, which was a pleasant surprise. They even painted my 2 year old daughters nails and toe nails and were so nice with her. This is my first time at this establishment and it surely won’t be the last!

Im not too sure how this place has a 5-star review but I had a horrible experience. I’m a regular when it comes to getting my pedicures done. I religiously go every 3 weeks and I wanted to try a new place out. And saw that there were good reviews. In this particular case my toes were overdue and I knew they needed extra attention. The man who did my toes seemed as if he has no experience in what he was doing. He did not cut my cuticles, he did not take the skin off my heals and my toenails were all different sizes. I ALWAYS do regular nail polish and have never had an issue. This man put such thick layers of nail polish without even waiting or fanning it in between. As you can see in the receipt that not even 30min went by and the nail polish is all wrinkled. I told the lady in the front desk that I was not happy with the service and she rudely spoke in her language (like they always do) and asked him what he did. She showed no importance in my dissatisfaction. Im a really good tipper and I would’ve given this place a second chance if she were to have at least pretended to care.

This is a hidden gem in Richmond. My neighbor and I both went to get pedicures done. The staff is amazing. As soon as you walk into the establishment, you are greeted like family. The staff is very attentive as well as professional. Even though there was a wait. It was well worth it. This is my GO TO SPOT from this day forward.

I’ve visited this salon twice and I plan on making it a permanent spot for my nail care. I am very picky about how I like my nails and I’ve left satisfied each time. Lanie does my pedicures and she’s the absolute sweetest. She takes her time and is very gentle. Nia does my nails and shes very detail-oriented, which I love! The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I came here with a messed up manicure after walking out of another local salon. Even though I walked in at close to their closing time, they stayed open an extra 30 minutes, fixed what the other salon messed up, and gave me a beautiful manicure and polish. We will definitely be back. Nail art
