Critical: Quality, ValueTold him what nail length I wanted and had to ask him to put me tips on my thumbs bc he made them super short which frustrated him. Then he recut all the other nail tips that I said were fine and I ended up with nail lengths that are all over the place! Asked for coffin/ballet shape and clearly they aren’t. All of the nails are angled incorrectly and he cut two of my fingers with the file. Some of the nails don’t even cover my entire nail or have notches in them. In the time it took me to leave and drive home the led/uv gel on my right thumb peeled off. Paid $40 for jacked up nails. I went here for a pedicure. I subbed at 3 p.m, they said it would be about 15 minutes so I waited. I paid for the 45$ pedicure, I asked for black polish, she finished the pedicure and said “no time for polish we are closed” come back tomorrow. I was not really happy about this but I didn’t want to cause an issue as I intended to come back, which I did. They were closed the next day and didn’t bother to mention this the day prior. 45$ and I still tipped 10$ even though the service was sub-par. My toenails look like a child cut them and I’m just glad I didn’t bother asking to get my eyebrows done. Never again.

I was too upset to take a picture; however, it was a horrible experience. I asked for neon yellow on my pedicure. The polished was so clunked up. I kindly said I did not like them because on the inconsistency in the polish and my cuticles were not properly cleaned. They also over soaked my finger nails. After speaking up, they told me to leave and never come back. So, it was my First and LAST time. I went to another nail salon the lady was horrified by my nails and feet. She took care of me. DO NOT patronize this busy if you are looking for quality job and nails.

Starting to grow on me. This is my 3rd time. Ill be getting gel mani and pedi ($65&up). I’ve always stuck with just a pedicure but love the gel so much because it lasts weeks longer and doesnt chip or fade. People are very nice and do a great job. If all techs did the leg massage with the pedicure I would rate 5 stars

Always a pleasant experience with ND nails. I drive 30 mins to go to this nail salon with no appointment. The people who work at the nail salon are professional and friendly. The wait time is no longer then 30 mins to be seen. If you prefer an appointment they will see you by appointment. Lin is awesome and so is her husband. They are really clean as well.
