This is one of the worst shops I have ever been too! They could not clearly articulate their prices and services. The nail techs not once listened to anything I asked… my coffin nails are round! Ugh! So bad. My first time there. I got a get refill and the woman, I believe her name was Joy, did them in under 15 minutes… no frills, which is fine but, I am still paying for a service. Would not recommend based off of this experience.

My first visit here was a great experience. My nail tech Wendy did a fantastic job on my pedicure. Which is what led my back to this salon. My second was not so great. I am assuming another lady (name unknown) is the owner of the salon. I arrived at opening. I was the first client in the door. Another lady follows in a few minutes later. The “lady” seated me at the pedi station and prepared the water. She said her sister was on the way to service me. Long story short the sister didn’t arrived until 45 minutes later. By then she had serviced 2 people before me. She began to start my pedi because she knew she had stalled me long enough. A few minutes later the sister walks in. It’s Wendy! Yay! I don’t speak there language but I could tell by their body language that Wendy asked to take over. The lady declined and kept doing my nails. She kept nipping my skin with the cuticle cutters which made me look down at what she was doing. SHE HAD CUT ALL OF THE SIDES OF MY TOENAILS OFF!!! After raising my voice at her Wendy came over to take over. She had to put an acrylic overlay on all of my toenails to fix the situation. Hen she finished it was perfect. Wendy told me it was no charge for the acrylic overlay. I asked her how much is the cost. She said $30. I paid for my service and tipped Wendy the $30. I came back a third time with the intentions of seeing Wendy only. The lady told me that she was not there due ti being in a car accident but one of her sisters can take care of me. I declined. I went back a few times to check for her. She was never there and I always declined.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI visited this establishment earlier yesterday with my mom. She usually comes here so I decided to try it out. I had the nail tech at the very front. She seemed really nice but lacks basic safety and professional skills.First, the tech was not wearing a mask. Secondly, she had a cut on her left pinky finger that had visible blood on it. Her band-aid was coming apart so she decided to completely take it off. She continued to work on my nails. Her actions were very reckless and could spread blood born pathogens. Third, her attire was very inappropriate for work. Fourth, the quality of my nails was a 3 out of 10. Nails were crooked, rhinestones were crooked, sides of my nails were not polished correctly. She cut my cuticle. The designs did not match. I would rather you tell me that you’re not experienced in nail art rather than drawing mess across my nails. My total left hand looks like a rushed job. This salon does not use plastic cover in the pedicure bowl. You have to pay an extra fee for something that should be mandatory. None of the intensions came out of a sterile processed bag.Sorry to say but I will never be a customer at this salon again. I paid $90 for my service. I would not recommend this salon to any one. I’m going back tomorrow to speak with the manager. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe nails were blotchy and there was nail polish on my skin and after I asked the lady 3 times about the polish being messy she ignored it she also ignored the fact that the shape was different and I asked for 1 color and she used two different colors and when I said something she said “they’re same color”. I came back in the salon and she fixed my nails but as she was doing them she laughed and talked about me and my friend with her sister and this is the lady who owns the place. Left my nails very messy. She did not want to fix them after I paid. She has tattoos on her face. The Black lady actually was sweet and fixed my nails. She has tattoos on her face. The Black lady actually was sweet and fixed my nails. The manager tried to defend her by saying “you only got a fill in” as if that would make it better. I went for a fill in, for a set they previously filled in 8 days prior. the first time i was charged $58 dollars, when i went back 8 days later they charged me $70 dollars and the owner ‘Joy’ reasoning was because “my nails grew” not to mention i waited over an hour when i was told the wait would be 5mins.
