I thought I was very detailed in what I asked and I showed photos and I explained my hair pattern and the woman agreed . However I had to rerout how she layered my hair because she gave me the wrong layers , and then she ended up cutting 4 inches off my hair when I originally needed only one . If she would’ve done it right the first time it would’ve never come to this . I showed photos and everything , it’s like she purposefully ignored what I asked and did a half job . From my bangs down to the layers of my hair . Now I have to regrow my hair , spend more money at a new salon , and cut even more hair off . It honestly felt like the woman was doing it on purpose because the whole time she was doing my hair (which was very long and thick and curly) she was being short and cold . So no don’t go to this salon if you’re someone with curly hair , or thick hair . Because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing . I ended up with 2 drabby layers when I asked for several , mustache bangs that were supposed to be curtain bangs , and a lot less hair . After spending all the pain of her tugging on my hair and cutting so much off and having to direct a thirds time I just left . It’s a shame because I actually had beautiful hair and they clearly don’t care for how their clients walk out of the salon . Not everyone has thin easy hair , and if you don’t have the skill or the vision for women with all hair types then maybe you should try evolving more in your job . The place was clean tho , and smelled nice , they offered water and it wasn’t expensive I guess . The skill just isn’t there .

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment for a Saturday morning, though they were running a bit behind, I was patient and waited my turn. After spending 6 hours in this salon getting my virgin hair dyed, they ruined my hair, completely. They were working on other clients while I was sitting there with bleach in my hair and when they finally got back to me, it was way too late. My hair was orange and they tried to fix it on the low with toner but it was too late, but that didn’t stop them from charging me full price. The color that came out, wasn’t the color or the style discussed during the consultation. I tried to live with it, but I couldn’t. 2 days later I went back for them to fix it, but it was still not what we discussed. I can’t believe I was still charged more than $300 and spent a total of 8 hours in this salon only to have my hair ruined. Since then, I have went to another professional salon and paid another $200 to have it to where I can go out in public again. I would not recommend this place because I feel they take on too many clients at once and couldn’t keep up with everyone. I love getting my hair done here. The ladies are very professional and are always willing to give me exactly what I want. I’ve had places that won’t color my hair or won’t cut it like I want it because they feel they couldn’t do the same to themselves. While I appreciate the concern, I want my hair short, even if you won’t cut yours that short. At Nicolle’s they never try to push any styles or services on me. They did an excellent blue/purple ombre for me and it was gorgeous. Pricing was very comparable, if not a little cheaper than other places I’ve been to.

Hayssel did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations! Very professional women working in the salon. I will definitely go back to them and look forward to having my touch ups and doing extensions for my daughter. When I walked in I didn’t have to wait for my appointment. I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other places! I recommend 100%!

The main girl told me my cut would be $14. When I look at my reciept, she charged me $16. I went back to ask why she charged me that she claims that the system automatically charges $2. I explained to her that she did not tell me that or else I would have paid with cash. She just sat there and said yeah it’s the system with a smirk on her face. She did not want to give me my money back. I told her she needs to mention that BEFORE you charge someone. Again, she said yeah, its the system. I do not recommend. Also, she wanted to charge me a crazy amount to do a touch up (blonde), not the entire head just a portion. Nope. Do not recommend.
