Critical: QualityNo words for this so called pedi! I couldn’t see what they looked like till I stepped outside. It looks like a toddler did them. I took the polish off at home. Jagged, thin and didn’t even get all of my gel polish off before they were painted. Oh my!!!

It was amazing. I’ve been going to one place for about a year and decided to try somewhere new. I highly recommend. It was so relaxing and the best massage I’ve had. I luv Spa Blue. Best facial I’ve ever experienced. Sara and her staff are so friendly. They always ask if you’d like some to drink, water or a soft drink. Always make sure you are comfortable. It’s so inviting there. I luv the Spa. All the cute clothes, jewelry and gifts. I could spend all day there and be happy. I know I’ll be back and soon!

I had a very pleasant experience today. It was my first time here and the massage was definitely bliss. Had the hour and a half full body with high heel and Migraine add on. As well as my eyebrows waxed. I was treated so nicely and my therapist was professional and gave the best massage I have had in Monroe. I will be back.

Totally rude people on the phone!! so this is my first time ever doing anything like this and i wanted to do a couples massage for our anniversary I have been calling around all morning getting details so I came across this place and called and the lady on the phone was very RUDE! so I asked if they offer couples massage and she stated yes so i ask what all it consist of and her responds was “a massage” well duh i knew that so i polity told her never mind and thank then hung up! if you would like to get customers maybe you should start with the customer service first!

Wonderful spa experience ! My husband gave me a gift certificate for the works! It couldn’t have been any better. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional, along with the relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely frequent this lovely spa, even without a gift certificate !

Run don’t walk from this business! I booked a treatment with them so I could join a friend on her spa day. She had received a gift certificate from her office and wanted to have a girls day. After she called and confirmed her appointment and gave them her gift certificate number all was good until we showed up. She couldn’t find the certificate but had already given the certificate number that was verified over the phone. They told her it had to be present to receive services so they wanted her credit card to hold until she could find and bring the certificate in the next day. So even though they knew she had a valid certificate number and all she reluctantly aquienced and decided to give her credit card. They then returned the card by flicking it at her and it landed on the ground. The Manager ran around the desk apologizing and tried to pick it up.But then looked at my friend and said “is this YOUR card?” my friend very offended said “no I stole it” in a sarcastic way. Well, friends things went down hill very fast for us then! She was leading me away to treatment room and turned and whispered “is your friend always this rude?” I was dumbstruck to say the least! Why would she ask me this? It was the height of unprofessionalism and I commenced to ask her why would she ask such a thing? Really? Really? After some very angry world from me, we quickly left. There is no way I would patronize such a place that treats customers in such a disrespectful way. They apparently don’t need or want to build up return customers with friendly and respectful service. Avoid at all cost.

I bought my daughter a gift certificate for Christmas. I’m out of state so basically went to Yellow Pages and picked a spa. I did not read the reviews and that was my mistake. A woman from the spa called me this morning to “explain” why they couldn’t honor my daughter’s gift certificate. I spoke with my daughter and she said when she went in the spa and showed them her photocopy of gift certificate they said it had been filled. No other proof than a line thru their copy. Really??? No signature or other form of identification at all. Most of the horrible reviews are for gift certificates. I did call them back about this but noticed after a few comments no one was on the phone. Maybe dropped?? Maybe hung up??? but at least I tried.
