I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure with regular polish. The services definitely felt rushed and half-effort. I feel like if you aren’t getting upgraded or expensive services they don’t really take their time. The biggest disappointment was that my nail polish barely lasted 24 hours. I only needed it to last 4 days! I don’t like how gel feels on my nails and hate dealing with getting it removed as I don’t get manicures regularly. I wasn’t looking for something super last long lasting; like I said, I just wanted it to last through a girls weekend so I understood it may barely last a week, if that. The pics show how it looked after a day and a half. I called them to see if they would redo it. It took some convincing but they begrudgingly did it. Though, they weren’t happy about it (I didn’t get another manicure, they just redid the nail polish, mind you). There was nothing stand out about the services or customer service so I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. Especially considering there’s a nail salon around every corner here.

We come to Gruene/New Braunfels quite often & found a place that I like just as much as my regular place in Katy! I get acrylic with shellac. Calvin took excellent care of me, my nails look awesome! I look forward to coming back each time we visit. Very busy place, so appointments are best.

Lan was my nail tech and she did an incredible job! She really took her time to fix my nails and get them healthy! She did a great job cleaning my cute cuticles and carefully removing water damage. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. My rating is due to how thick, bulky, uneven my full set is. Half the nails are square half are round square all different lengths, acrylic globs under the nail all over, my finger skin was glued to the nail and I’m worried my thumb nail will get infected because the fake nail is too small and there is a gap in between my nail and the fake nail. When i first arrived they had me pick a color/style i liked i did the guy told me no then got different options and made me pick one from his selection. He didnt spray or have me wash my hands just painted over the dust from grinding them down. They were very personally nice and accommodating but maybe it was just the tech I had.

The tech was a bit rough and her lines on my french tips were not as crisp as I would have liked. The gel came off one of my toenails quickly which is a bummer since I do gel so I can go longer between appointments. The location and facilities cleanliness make this a place I will use again but I will ask for a different tech next time.

I have been going to Quarry nails for years and LOVE IT! I schedule to see Lan, but if she’s not available I’ll do a walk in and I have never had a bad experience with ANY of their techs. 20/10 reccomend!
