Warmly greeted. They have plastic liners for their pedicures. They wear masks if you are worried. My toes are gorgeous. Legs soft. Price range for pedicure is $35 basic. Then goes up for your needs. I got the medium care option for $45. Plus a $9 tip as it was definitely deserved. I mean I don’t want to and can’t get down there to get the dead skin off of my feet. Anyone willing to do that with a cheerful attitude deserves a tip! Saturdays get busy at 10am so if doing a walk in show up at 9-9:30 am with no wait.

I like them but it really bothers me that they don’t Sterilize the instruments they use. Several times I’ve seen them put nail cutters, cuticle cutters, and the hand piece drill tips back in the drawer after use. I know it gets busy at times but it’s not safe to reuse something like that on another person, it should be sterilized. I’d feel more comfortable going back only if they open the packages in front of me so that I know it’s clean. I hope they see this comment and do something about this.

Terrible experience, no customer service, man who did my nails was ruff and had messed up several times taking off polish then reapplying. I thought he was about to start over then he put lotion on my hands and said you can rub it in.. I use to come here when it was the old owners and they were GREAT! I will not be returning!

This was the best manicure I’ve ever had and I wish I had gotten the girl’s name so I could compliment her specifically. Acrylic fill, cuticles, and gel polish for $27 before tip. I live in north seattle but will plan on doing the drive again for this excellent service.

Critical: ProfessionalismVery rude they did not treat me very kindly as how customers should be treated. (good thing I had a lot of patience.)They were confusing me with the amount for my nails. Two of them said it was $50 for the basic manicure & the other said it was only $35. So disappointing. On top of that, I asked for a full face wax and she said it is $35!! When the eyebrows are only $10 (super confused). After 3 days my nails started coming off (my index & middle fingers.) but still paid them for their unprofessional service.
