The owner is great! However, the last two times I have gone it has been the worse experience ever and what hurts the most IS I STILL HAD TO PAY. There is a new lady there that wants to sell you every service after she destroys your eye brows. She said sorry and sold me a oil for $25.00 so my brows can grow back faster (Product doesn’t work (PLEASE DO NOT BUY)I went back again after letting my brows grow back and did not use the same lady and the other lady was just as bad almost to the point where I never want to leave my house again. I hope the owner finds new help soon.

First time experience, I was super impressed. The place is small, but beautiful, bright and smells great. She keeps the place clean as well. Naz, is friendly, greets you with a smile as soon as you come in. She listens to what the customer asks for and her tints don’t burn. I was scared since I have sensitive skin. Looks very natural. Naz is my one and only eyebrow threader. I used to get my eyebrows waxed until I became a fan of threading. She always does an amazing job and I’ve just ended up only coming to her throughout the years. They own a very clean and professional establishment. It’s always a pleasure coming here. I thought I found the best place ever as I’ve been getting my brows and face done here by the owner Naz. However it’s disheartening that for the last 5 times I went, she wasn’t there. The other lady is a worlds different in a bad way. Last time I went, she waxed my face and it became swollen up and was extremely painful. I would give a 0 if it was an option. Miss you, Naz. 🙁

Today was my second appointment and I can honestly say she is the best at shaping the eyebrows and she does it so quickly, it’s truly impressive!
