This was my first time and I am picky and not usually this happy when I leave a salon and Igor exactly what I wanted. I love they have vegan products, mostly natural products same as coloring, also sustainability, and that some of the products are also cruelty free which I like as well. I always research and I am grateful for all of this and the information I got on their products and salon. It’s very clean and during a pandemic I felt safe and glad I found this place. I will be back. Absolutely love my hair haircut I haven’t really ever gotten what I exactly wanted from a hair salon until today. Shannon is amazing at what she does. I love this salon. This was my first time and I am picky and not usually this happy when I leave a salon and Igor exactly what I wanted. I love they have vegan products, mostly natural products same as coloring, also sustainability, and that some of the products are also cruelty free which I like as well. Shannon took the time to listen to what I wanted in a cut, and far exceeded my expectations! I live across the country and will return to Navii just to have her cut my hair! She is a talented stylist, who is great with curly or straight hair. April is also an excellent colorist, and is consistent from appointment to appointment. Most importantly, April listens to what you would like done with your hair and helps you to decide what will make you look your best. She also does a head massage/hair wash like no other, so that you don’t leave the salon with coloring product left in your hair, and you feel relaxed. April is welcoming and genuinely nice to be around. I have also had an appointment with Shannon, who shares all of the strengths that April exemplifies. I have found that Navii Salon Spa is a salon that values its clients, cares for and encourages the continued education of their stylists, and has a nourishing line of hair products that I use. When I moved to Indiana (with curly, not just wavy hair) one year ago, I was fortunate to find April at Navii Salon Spa. She is a talented stylist, who is great with curly or straight hair. April is also an excellent colorist, and is consistent from appointment to appointment. It was my first time but they were very clean, organized , and took the proper precautions for Covid. Kylie was very helpful with deciding on the direction of my hair and wonderful to speak with. 10/10 will be going back for other services.!Service: Hairstyling

Critical: Quality, ValueI had never been here and went based on google reviews. I wanted my hair an ashy/ silver which I know can not always be achieved. The toner had to be done twice due to the color not taking the first time. After the second toner, it left my roots purple and the rest of my hair a puce/grey. Then the cut I wanted wasn’t even what I got. My hair is so much shorter than I wanted (which I had to fix myself). I didn’t want them to do anymore and left. The amount they charged was ridiculous. I had never been here and went based on google reviews. I wanted my hair an ashy/ silver which I know can not always be achieved.
