Loved this place the first time I went so I’m extremely sad to actually have to write this review. This time a different lady did my SNS and instead of just taking her time soaking them off. She decided to just start clipping off my real nails that didn’t have tips on them and she changed me for tips that she had to put on to get my nails to the length they were at. She had issues with the dip and now there’s a huge line through the nail where instead of trying to fix it she filed it down and still left it with the line. Won’t probably be going back unless the owner who did my nails the first time does them, just wanted to go get my nails done for my birthday and now I’m just upset and extremely unhappy.

Christina is very friendly and knowledgeable! Easy to talk with and she did a great job on my nails! She helped me out a TON since I’m newer to having my nails done. She walked me through different methods, showed me different shapes, etc. I will absolutely go back again!

I walked in here around 10:40am. I asked for a pedicure. I picked out a nail polish color. They have a great selection of nail polish colors. Some places don’t. They took me back right away. I had the basic pedicure and it was definitely worth it. My new favorite nail salon ! Pedicure

What a wonderful experience! I found Navi Nails by way of a Google search for “best nail salon in Cary”, and Google really came through. My partner and I really enjoyed our deluxe pedicureses, and he loves his manicure because all men deserve nice clean nails I am in love with my SNS nails, totally worth the price my nails have never felt better, I’m so happy to say good bye to acrylics! My hands look beautiful!! Thanks Christina, Traci and the rest of the fabulous crew at Navi Nails!!

My regular nail salon changed ownership, and then my go to nail tech left, so I decided to find a new place. First time coming to Navi, and Amy did my gel mani (Ruffle Those Feathers from Gelish, in case you like the color). She was super sweet, and she did a decent job – there are a few spots that could’ve been done better, but I’m the only that can really see them. Seems like she was rushing towards the end, so maybe that’s what caused it. Additionally, if you make an online reservation, be very clear about what you’re getting when you walk in – I booked online for a gel polish change ($20), but I guess I misspoke when I walked in because I got a full gel mani ($35). Again, maybe that was my bad, but I was clear via my online booking what I was there for. So the minor imperfections and the mixup on my appointment are what generated the 4 instead of 5 star review. One thing I really liked about the salon was that every woman that walked in after me, the manager/owner knew by name – very nice touch.

First and last time i will come. My toes were buffered brutally, she wasn’t even looking on what she was doing. My skin got cut open in result. I also didn’t like the quality of the nail polish, it takes forever to dry. They are not properly equipped with manicure bowl. And they keep reusing the same buffers, very unsanitary. I saw that they put the nail clippers back into the cabinet. So it made me question their sanitary protocol. I would not come back. Their prices are average. Although i would rather pay more for a more sanitary place with higher quality protocol. I have been ti many places and I rate this on the lower end.
