I asked for brown almond french tips even showed em a picture so they’d know what I had in mind. I didn’t think much of it at first bc I wanted to trust the process. I didn’t like how they turned out when the guy finished he then added a different color of polish to make it look even better. The lady said I could come in the next day to get them redone for free at any time yet when I got there she said she couldn’t.

i went to get my nails done a day ago. the first day the pinky finger nail broke, so today dec. 30 i went to get it fixed. the lady kept getting up and helping other people and not paying attention when she put the fake nail on it didn’t fit at all and she was filing my skin to the point where i was bleeding she was in such a rush and even told me i came at the wrong time. i will never be going there again!

Fancy decorations and looks high end- staff were nice. The nail area was so big and open and felt like a factory with so many mani tables and pedi chairs. Would be a good place to go with a big wedding party. I had a pedicure. I was not happy with the polish quality. One big toe is also sore at the corner of my nail, and this was a pretty painful pedi. I usually get one every 2- 4 weeks, so it was not like they had to do extensive work that might cause pain. The pedicure prices are more expensive than other nail places. My daughter likes to get her nails done here and says the manicure prices are better here than other places. I will not be returning.

8yr old daughter wanted a mani/ pedi. The lady was so rude to her at one point that enough was enough and I had to raise my voice. Never again, I rather spend money else where. Sad when I have to stand over my daughter during the process to make sure she was treated nice. The gentleman said next time you vome….I said buddy, there will be no next time.

My daughter got her nails done here but the guy left them a little thick and uneven. I think he kind of rushed. Might try again with another person. Not worth the $40 I paid though.
