When I went in Karla (the owner) cut my hair. My hair was super dry and she did a trim but also helped me style it to better frame my face and I love it! It does not look like a typical hair studio when you walk in. Several services are offered, those services are listed on her Instagram account too in case you can’t swing by to check it out. (Check out her page, she updates it with the styles and hair cuts her and her stylists do to their clients!) She has a rewards system set up for frequent clients too, first I’ve heard from a hair studio! I had a great time and girl had me laughing while she was fixing me up. The studio is right on the edge of a busy street so you might miss it if you drive too fast but she has lights around her windows and door!

I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment to get a hair cut and no one ever arrived. I got there 20 minutes early and waited till my scheduled time. There was no paper outside with any updates to save me the time of waiting around. I was still getting notifications about my appointment from an automated system as well. If they needed to cancel last minute I never received a phone call or have any missed calls from this business. My appointment was supposed to be with Karla Navarro. Wouldn’t recommend, unprofessional and unreliable.

I got highlights at another salon and it was so dramatic that my roots were very very noticeable quickly. I went to Navarro today and got low lights put in and she did such a good job! She has done my daughters highlights and they were amazing! Plus, my husband gets his haircut here every few weeks, he has very curly hair, and I can’t believe how good it always looks. I am sold- this is our family salon from now on!
