My husband booked me a suprise appointment to VERY SPECIFICALLY have botox and fillers done for my birthday, which I had been wanting for a long time. (Aprox $1500). When I got there, the doctor pushed microneedling on me which I wasnt interested in for 3 times the cost.($4500). She didn’t even offer to do what I was booked for or discuss it with me, (yet she was more than happy to discuss payment options available for microneedling). There was no mention of fillers or botox even made even though she was well aware of the purpose behind my appointment having said “Suprise! Happy Birthday!” to me when I walked in the door. I expected discussions to focus on the available filler options for my lips and cheeks and botox for fine lines on my forehead. Instead, focus was made on small acne scars which frankly, don’t concern me (and discussion of Kathy Griffin”s neck?). If I wanted a different procedure, I would have inquired about other options. Went there for hair removal, received about 12 to 13 sessions, hair kept on growing back. Received a phone call before my next appointment that there is something wrong with the equipment, and I will hear back as soon as it is fixed. Months later never received another call from them. Very disappointed, will not recommend their service for hair removal.

Dr. Svendsen does an amazing job with my botox it always looks so natural, and lasts longer than when I go to any other place. Elena did an Aqua-Gold treatment for me this last go around and my skin has never looked better! Shannon was very knowledgable and helped me pick out the perfect products for home that were right for my skincare needs. The pricing is very affordable and you will definitely leave there feeling pampered bc the staff is so attentive. Would recommend Navarre Wellness every time for any of your medspa needs!
