I recently got a Thai massage from Nava and it was phenomenal! I told Hildie specific areas of discomfort and while she focused on those areas, I got an all-around great massage. She was able to push me to the brink of my comfort zone, which felt amazing afterwards! Not only did my body feel great after the massage, but Hildie’s overall personality and demeanor made the experience that much better. Being able to have a conversation during parts of the massage and being silent (possibly even taking a nap) during other parts was so enjoyable! On top of all that, they are very reasonably priced! Nava Massage and Hildie are a wonderful resource and I would highly recommend them to my friends (in fact, next time my mom comes to town, I am treating her to a massage)!

There are so many massage choices for those in the Boulder-Denver area. This one lies a bit east of Boulder and northwest of Denver, in Lafayette, CO. The location is in Old Town Lafayette–a nice place to walk around–and is easily accessible by car, bus, bike, or foot.
