Absolutely amazing!!! The way they make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in the door til the moment you leave is above and beyond anywhere else I’ve ever been. On top of that the workmanship they do on the nails is beyond great!! Definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already. This was my first time and I only went because my normal place closed early, and I’m so glad I did they definitely gained a new customer and I will absolutely be back time and time again!!

So went here today expecting to be treated badly because of all the negative reviews I read before tell you this I was treated nicely I was not ignored he took me right away everything was quick that only thing is that it’s a little bit pricey for my taste I only got a full set and color nothing special and I love my nails they look lovely.

Took a leap of faith and went to this shop with my little one, even after reading the not so good reviews. I usually go to City Nails in Harborview but being pressed for time I stopped in. The 2 ladies that did our pedicures were absolutely amazing and nice to my son and I. Loved the work so much I thought why not get a fill-in too. The technician finishing up my Pedi reached out to her colleague( younger gentleman with darker hair) to inquire if he could do my service. At the time a lady and her daughter had just walked in.(Caucasian and I’m African American)The male technician snapped at my current tech at the time stating loudly ” She can wait!” I was confused as to why he would respond this way to conducting my service. Never had an encounter with him. And I was next up for services! My nail tech even responded to him and stated ” She was here first!” His response was “I don’t care!” I would never utilize this shop again if it’s the last nail shop on earth. Here’s the kicker other customers were present and just as confused as I. Terrible experience when you have a 5 year old child(boy) with you observing a grown man be rude to a woman in this manner. Especially as a licensed professional. My son even asked questions about the encounter. Would not recommend to anyone used to a 5 star nail shop. ohhhh and no one even offered another tech. All the techs must’ve found this behavior NORMAL ( The one star is only present because I couldn’t post this review without making a selection. Otherwise it would be a NO STAR.) Spend your money wisely!

These people are really rude , after going there for quite some time now , they just figured go not even welcome us when we walked in , not only were we welcomed , they skipped over me and my mom and took the next two customers that came in , they made us feel unwanted , i don’t know where we went wrong , they always try to make us get gel nails after asking for regular polish , they always telling u what to get in stead of what u requested , or questioned why , Tina is the most rude one , and her quality of nails and feet isn’t great at all . Monica is the sweetest one , sucks that she has to deal with other rude staff

This was my third visit to this nail salon. The first time I was very pleased because I received a great pedi and a fill in with gel polish from one of the petit female workers and the second time from the male owner. But this time I was seen by a new guy, young I was a little skeptical about going to him but I decided everyone needs a fare chance, dispite the fact that I paid over $60 for pedi, fill in and gel polish. I don’t mind the price if the work is good. Anyway the pedi wasn’t good at all it was totally rushed thank God 3 days in my toe nail polish is still standing. Unfortunately for my nails they look like someone place a nail on top of my own nails. I don’t wear fake nails again this is acrylic. The nails chipped in the corner of 3 fingers nails taking off the nail and gel polish. Did I say I was only 3 days in. Never going there again. Yes I could have gone back to complain but I just decided to write my review and never patronize this business again. As I stated earlier the owner is good his daughter is good and the petite female is good. The young guy needs more practice.

I rarely write reviews; however, it is essential to write one today. As I entered the business, I was not adequately greeted or acknowledged. I ignored the gesture because this was my first and last time visiting this salon. I patiently and politely waited for nearly 30 minutes for a pedicure alongside two other African American women. During this time, two Caucasian women walked in without an appointment and were greeted and were served first. I am incredibly disappointed at how business was conducted, and for the first in my life, I’ve experienced discrimination. Unfortunately, I did not stay to receive my pedicure due to the mistreatment based on the color of my skin.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t even greet me. After painting 2 nails on my toes I requested to change the color. The lady did not like my request and told me next time I need to say something earlier. That was it for me, and I asked her to stop. The manager came to finish and made my whole experience better. I would not recommend this place if it was the last nail salon on earth. Never AGAIN
