Pleasant team of stylists and they all had a great temperament for little clients. Full menu of hair care services and great consultation during service. Easy booking and payment system, started service on time, and completed service within a half hour of the estimated end time. I’m impressed and pleased I will be back!

Booked a spa day for the kids. Paid for a service that was not recieved due to my child being “too small.” Woman performing services was very nice and professional. Can’t say the same for the owner. The Owner had a bad attitude from the time I walked through the door! I spoke and she walked right by without saying a word. Then she had the nerve to charge full price and my daughter could not recieve all of the services that I booked for. Needless to say we will not be back! The owner needs to fix her stank attitude!

Went to this salon for my four-year-old until 22Jul21. I booked an appointment for a wash and cornrow with a note requesting for her hair. My daughter, 11months old and nanny got to the salon and Naomi told them the hair take down was not part of the service I booked. I called and Naomi basically told me it was my fault that the booking system didn’t notify her of my note requesting for a take down.
