I called the salon in the morning and got an appointment the same day. My son got a perm (done in a different salon) and we were not happy with how his hair came out. He was devastated. Rosa redid his perm and it came out exactly how we wanted it. Rosa is a life saver. She was very kind and patient with my son. We will be definitely going back!

Went in to get daughter’s haircut and we really never had a problem after one of the messed up my hair and my daughter in the past. So we I thought as long as we got someone else, it was fine. NOPE. the lady who was cutting my daughter was watching the TV while talking to some guy around her. She cut my daughter shorter and I paid $20 for a 10min cut (5mins if I don’t count her TV time). Only to come home to daughter crying her eyes out. I’m not saying they’re all bad BUT just be careful since I have seen some of them at other places cutting hair.

Me and my 2 daughters went here today for the first time to try this salon since Great Clips had a long wait. Maria, the owner seems sweet and nice. I called first to ask how much is the hair cut and she said $20. It’s higher than GC but they accept walk ins. Maria’s supposed to cut my hair but she can’t do an A-line cut so she passed me to Shirley who was great. While Shirley’s cutting my hair, Maria came and said “Oh blow dry her hair so she can see the haircut” — so Shirley did. I was satisfied with the haircut until Maria told me the price for each cut is $45 included the blow dry. I asked why the price is so high and not the $20 she told me? She said my cut which is only an A-line cut is hard to do. (How did she know? She can’t even do an A-line). I had been going to Great Clips before with same cut with blower (less than $20) so I was shocked with this overpriced salon. Will I come back again? Maybe not. I don’t want to always be surprised with my bill. I paid $110 for 3 heads ($45 for me and my daughter who they blow dried and $20 for my other daughter without the blow dry). Maybe if she said upfront that certain type of cut has different price and blow dry is not free, I would’ve not let them blow dried our hair. We don’t need that since we will just take a shower after the cut. They have good stylist, but Maria’s not very transparent with their price services. Thanks to Shirley and the other lady who cut my daughter’s hair. That’s the reason for the 3 stars. You guys did a good job! Will definitely go back to Great Clips for sure for their great price and good service as well.

I went in to get curtain bangs cut from Rose. She is really nice and did a great job with cutting my bangs. It was my first time with bangs and with this shop. I love how it came out! When I went in, there were only two other clients there so I went at a perfect time! Rose assisted me with a hair coloring, hair treatment and hair cut, she was absolutely amazing! She was professional and friendly! She made me feel very comfortable and had good conversation. I was in and out within 2 hrs which is great for me bc it was not rushed nor too long. I would definitely go again for Rose bc she did a great job! I loved how my hair came out. It was a simple all black hair color and a hair cut but it looked very good. Thank you Rose!
