Not crowded, stylist doesn’t work on more than 2 clients at a time, really takes time to explain techniques for your particular hair. Only issue is that she shares space with a barber in a separate area but you still here their music, and they are nothing like as wonderful as the ladies in the salon. she and other stylist are amazing, I’ll never go to anyone else, I haven’t had nails done as the tech says she would only work by appointment separate of hair. English is second language but they really try to do what you ask, I would choose them over any salon in the area
