After more than a year of letting my hair grow healthier and keeping up with hair trims every three months I decided to give my hair a different look. I had my hair done about three months ago here at Natys. I still cannot believe the amount of money I payed $350 plus $20 tip for my hair to still be unmanageable, broken. I cannot even run my fingers through my hair, it’s noted and like gum. I am mad at myself for this. My hair ended up horribly destroyed. For the amount charged I would expect more experienced people, and a better outcome. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

I had an appointment for a hair cut at 2 PM I showed up early. Someone after me came in around 2:10 for a haircut as well and was sat in a chair in 5 minutes. I waited until 2:35 and no one ever sat me down. I made an appointment to not have to wait that long. I even showed up before my appointment. I am extremely upset because I have something scheduled for 6 PM and I’m on a schedule. It’s extremely upset Ans will not return nor recommend to anyone who takes time serious.

For starters I call and ask how much hair and makeup is, I was told 65 for hair and 85 for makeup, however that wasn’t the case. I had an appointment for just hair, and put a deposit for 30. Leading me to believe that I owed 35. I pay and as I’m checking my bank it shows 95 from Naty Salon aka 125 in total. I call back confused and wanted to know what the other 60 was for. The woman claims hair to be 75 (so they give out incorrect information, got it). Turns out I was charged for the 4 extensions I bought and curled at home myself. Just to be clear they were my personal extensions. I was charged for the insertion of them. On another note my hair stylist said I had BROKE hair, and almost burned a stran of my hair while trying to reach for her airpods. In spite of that my hair was falling the second I got home (5 minutes away). Was definitely not worth “$75” and especially not the $125 I had taken from me. Definitely did not have a great experience. Do yourself a favor and branch out ladies.

I have been getting my hair cut by Gloria since about 2013 or so and I can honestly say this is the only person I really trust cutting my hair. She knows I’m super picky about the length and always makes sure to check with me before she starts chopping which i really appreciate. Not sure where the other reviews are coming from about being treated badly for not speaking Spanish bc that had NEVER happened to me here. Receptionist translates for me every time. I’m always treated well when I come in. Today I had an appointment at 2:30 and I showed up a little early (2:00) and they got me right in. I’m super happy with my hair cut. Everyone was friendly and I even had a couple of other stylists stop by to offer opinions and tips and recommend products for my hair. I would recommend this place. I have also heard good things about Nixon and I believe he has cut my daughters hair before as well

I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon for a haircut for my 9 year old and I. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly.. The lady who cut my hair Gloria did a great job she washed, cut and styled my hair.. the only reason why I rate it 4 stars is because I paid $80 for our haircuts, tip not included. Prices have gone up so much in the past few years. I will only be going as a treat not so much maintenance.
