Awful awful company. Don’t be fooled by clever marketing: “100% pure”. Please do your research – there is no regulation of these oils and not only are the plants astronomically potent in essential oils, but so too are the harmful chemicals used in the process. These are toxic and have no business being anywhere on or in the body. I urge you to take your business elsewhere and be scrupulous in getting information about sourcing, chemicals, farming and organic practices, etc. or else these are just as toxic as the toxins most essential oil users are trying to get away from!

Purchase several oils and was not satisfied. Lavender had a funny sweet/chemical smell and Frankincense had an odd smell. I called to return and Mike had a bit of an attitude. After I confirmed, via tracking, the oils were returned I never received the refund. I emailed three times for an update with no response. Unprofessional and not honest. Their website says FOREVER GUARANTEE but no refund.
