They called back immediately the next day, booking me for the day after that. I liked the info on the website for covid protection and procedure. They were on time and masked and very friendly. The facilities were beautiful and clean. Sarah was fantastic and very nice. I had just finished a play wearing tons of makeup and needed deep cleansing and care. My skin feels wonderful and I’m so relaxed after the experience. Also, I was able to check out using Google Pay with my phone, which was nice. I hadn’t been there in years and years – booked a 90 minute facial with Sarah, first requesting through the internet. They called back immediately the next day, booking me for the day after that. I liked the info on the website for covid protection and procedure. They were on time and masked and very friendly. The facilities were beautiful and clean. Sarah was fantastic and very nice. I had her do them before a wedding I went to over a week ago and they still looked fantastic for my daughter’s bridal tea this weekend. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because when I called the morning after she had first don’t them, because one nail had chipped, she couldn’t fit me in the same day for a fix. They were great! Offered us drinks before and after. The atmosphere and the service were top notch! We had a couples massage and both therapists asked questions before and actually paid special attention to the areas of concern without skimping on the rest of the body.
