Very unprofessional, lets begin with the fact that she canceled on my hair just 2 hours before our wedding photos, with no one to step in or fill in, per her make up artisit, the owner Que does hair herself. So as a business owner you didnt step in to take care of your client who has paid for serivces and scheduled this event for months? She lacks communitcation skills, last minute price changes with Que, unprofessional mannerism with promises, lack of effort and willingness to step in for her work. 10 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone not even my enemies.

Que is INCREDIBLE!!! I had struggled with my hair for a couple years after it changed from curly to a mix of curly, wavy and straight. I’d resorted to a go-to “style” of buns and baseball hats.

Que was incredible for our wedding! She helped me, my bridesmaids, my mom and my mother-in-law with both hair and makeup and it all came out great! She was so nice and everyone in my party loved her, both her styling and her personality. She took into account what everyone wanted and how she managed to get us all done alone I still don’t know. She was simply the best! I would definitely recommend her to others!
