PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! READ THIS BEFORE U MAKE THE DECISION!!!!! THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! Worst nail salon ever !! Do not come here even if u are in a rush ! There are a lot of other better salons in the area that u could go to but don’t come here ! Long story short yesterday I went for refill for my acrylic nails ! I was told that it was $25 on the phone but was not told if it was gel or regular! Anyways I got the regular done and got it done in white ! The same evening after I came back from the salon my nail paint started to peel and my hands started to get itchy ! Today I went to salon and the guy who runs the salon with his wife was so rude and told me that it’s not his fault and I should not come back but all I wanted to know was what kind product he used on nails to fill in the acrylic and he was so rude and loud about ! I had my little brother and my mom with me but he didn’t respect any of us !! The staff is sloppy , rude, arrogant and disrespectful ! The guy working there told me to never come back and get my nails done from a different salon even though I was being so nice to him he started yelling at me a 16 year old teen and told me to never come back and get my nails done from somewhere else ! Most of the people who’s got good experience are really old here but for us new ones it’s the horrible experience. The first time I ever got acrylic done was from a different salon nearby and they did an amazing job! So please don’t come here and waste your time! Because they become disrespectful and rude rude to u !

What I wanted vs. what I got. $65 for Mani/pedi, gel mani. Wanted dip mani but gel was applied. Wanted American tip but was given french. Seemed overly expensive considering quality especially when they couldn’t accomodate my requests.

I was in town to visit attend a Packers game in Greenbay. Decided to get my nails done since I was in vacay and found this little hole in the wall. I didn’t have a reservation but they were able to get me in. Theresa was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable. I showed her a sample of what I wanted and she really delivered. She was really quick and thorough. To be honest I don’t do acrylic too often because sometimes the techs get kind of aggressive filing. But Theresa was super gentle, it didn’t hurt at all. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I loved my nails.

Mixed results. First time there, fabulous dipping( 1 hour +) procedure by an elderly expert, resulting in almost 5 weeks of glorious non-chipping and nourishing nail care. Second time, an employee spent a cursory 45 minutes, the polish chipped within days, the cuticles were not pushed back, nails cut squarely rather than rounded, as I had asked. To further add insult to injury, the employee barely said a word to me. Went back a third time to show my displeasure; one of the owners’ family removed all the substandard workmanship and treated me to what I consider one of the best dipping experiences I have ever had. Word to the wise: ask for the owner, his wife or a member of the family.

I’ve been going here for over three years. The past 2 I have been bringing my grandma. They are so sweet and accommodate all needs and concerns. They do it exactly how you ask them to, sometimes even better! The prices are great and they always make sure you like the finished product otherwise they will fix it at no cost. They have greeted everyone I’ve seen come in there and made sure they felt welcomed! I will continue to bring my grandma here and myself. Good job!

i disliked it a lot, didn’t get what i asked for, the lady had an attitude the whole time and many times yelled at me for no reason. I didn’t get the shape i wanted, didn’t get the color i wanted either, it was just the worst, i asked for something and got the opposite of it. I paid $65 for something i didn’t want at all and i was going to say something but i found out that if you say you don’t like them n you want a new set because you didn’t like them they will charge you $20 extra. The whole time i was there there was ladies coming in the salon saying that they didn’t like it and it wasn’t what they asked for, that just shows how bad this place is, wouldn’t recommend at all.

The husband and wife who run the business are very talented and professional nail technicians. Their help is not. I have complained that my nails fall off the first week after using their “help”/employee/relative? and they insisted that the “help” repair. I have been assigned to their “help” the last 3 times I visited and all 3 times my nails fell off in less than a week. I have complained and nicely spoke to them about my concerns with the “help” but they keep the person anyway AND keep insisting they do my nails $80 down the drain each time gel set and gel pedi. They just lost a 10+ year client.

They do an excellent job. My nails have stayed on three weeks+. I went to a salon on Packard in Cudahy which was faster and had a nail pop off in less than 10 days. So faster is not always better. Go to Natural Nail Spa… They may not be as Fast as other salons but that simply means they’re being more thorough with their process. I’ll be going back for sure.
