I was walking by and was asked to come in for a demonstration. The woman who I sat with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product (which I personally knew zero about haha). I forgot the name of the product but when she swabbed it under my eye areas I felt my skin tighten and I could see a bit of a difference. It lasted until the next morning-ish. This place seems to have a good atmosphere, and staff. 4 out of 5 as I didn’t have any full services done.

The one girl in the one review was totally right!!! I was from out of town and they smooth-talked me to come inside to try this product then convinced me to buy after telling me it was all plant based and nothing else so thought oh okay then this couldn’t hurt me but completely opposite!! I broke out and everything and the best part about it is they sent me a text message the day after I bought it and said how they would be there for me if I needed anything and all I have to do is ask and they will be there!! Well I have emailed text and called and NO RESPONSE!!

I purchased a product from Nature’s Elements in Sedona Arizona. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant, was told by an employee that the product was safe to use during pregnancy. After purchasing I called my doctors to ask them to make sure, as I am supposed to do with any new products used during pregnancy and they said they did not think some of the ingredients should be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. So here I was with an expensive product that I cannot use for years. I did not realize until trying to return the product unopened and unused that they only offer in store credit. I did not see any other products that could be used safely during pregnancy. Simon the store manager was more than helpful working with me. He went above and beyond working with me, listening to my situation and decided to refund the purchase. I appreciate him a lot and would recommend working with Simon and Nature’s Elements. Specifically because of how caring Simon is as a manager and how well he cares for his customers. Thanks Simon!

So happy I found this place! Gary was amazing and accommodating even with all my kids lol!!! First night using my product and my skin looked so beautiful this morning!!! These products can run high but it’s worth it and will save you thousands in the long run! This product is for the celebrities but they make it possible and affordable to bring home! My skin is glowing! I’m so excited to continue my new routine. Even my husband was impressed with the white gold immediately eye lift!!!!!!!! My skin looks beautiful with absolutely no make up on it definitely has a little glow after using my facial peel and moisturizer.

I live in Sedona and don’t go to Uptown much but Nature Elements Facial Spa is definitely worth the trip. Had a great facial , Amber, my aesthetician, was fantastic! See photo below of before and after! (the left is the after). This product is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I’ve searched for eye creams that actually work for many years, never successful in finding one. I took a trip to Sedona for vacation and found Nature Elements (beautiful, beautiful store), I was greeted by an awesome employee named Jordan who was super knowledgeable (and really funny!). I was totally skeptical having a salesman try and sell me yet another “miracle eye cream” but, Jordan was ZERO pressure sales and what he told me was true – the cream WORKS! I would highly suggest that any of you woman who live in Sedona or who are planning a trip there, to stop in and meet Jordan and see what “miracles” he can give to you, too!
