Obsessed!! Cindy did this gel chrome manicure and she was so sweet and didn’t rush at all. She even offered to not file my nails and just apply the gel because she knew I really liked the shape I had. I trusted her to file them down and she kept the shape exactly as is and did such a nice job:) Definitely the best nail salon experience I’ve had in a while and will be coming back for another gel manicure in a few weeks !

I want to start off with saying I LOVE my nails. The woman who did them was extremely detail oriented, I said I wanted a forest green and she gave me three different greens to choose from, got my approval every single step of the way, and went above and beyond for my customer experience. That being said – I also got my eyebrows waxed and I can’t tell you how I look because they are SWOLLEN 8 hours later. I’m having an allergic reaction – which isn’t their fault but I can’t tell you how eyebrows actually turned out because of this. I wish they would tell you what they’re putting on you before doing so – where I usually go they use just a basic wax and aloe treatment – so I’m not sure what they do differently. Needless to say – I will be returning but obviously will just go where I know to get my eyebrows waxed in the future and just stick to their manicures. The staff was attentive and their prices are normal for the area.

Jason and Andi are absolutely amazing they gave me and my friend a wonderful spa pedicure. The jasmine scrub is wonderful and I highly recommend this place if you want a mini getaway for yourself. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We will be returning to future appointments. I’ll be totally honest, I’ve loved coming to this salon for years and I always spend a good amount of money each time I come. This most recent visit was unfortunately my last. I went in on Wednesday for a full set and by Friday 6/10 of my nails had completely fallen off. When I went back for them to be repaired they tried to charge me for a completely new full set ($90). I told her that was totally out of line and they INSISTED I would be paying. I explained over and over again that my nails clearly were done incorrectly for them to have only lasted 3 days. Anyone who gets their nails done regularly knows this is unheard of. They argued with me and told me I got a new set and had to pay for a knew set. I explained that I wouldn’t be here for a new set if the new set I just got was still in tact, which it should be. They eventually said fine give us $50 to which I decided it wasn’t worth it and paid it and left. This is a terrible business practice to do to a loyal customer over THEIR mistake.

I’d give it more stars if I could! Unfortunately I don’t live in Morris Plains, but if I did, this would be my go-to salon. They’re very professional, the salon is extremely clean and well kept. There’s an instant sense of calm when you walk in.

I’ll preface this by saying Cindy is amazing. She takes her time and my nails are always perfect. But for some reason there is a lot of favoritism (especially recently) at this salon and even if I ask for her they will tell me no and give me to the woman who seems to be the salons “second in command”. When that happens my nails are rushed, and she barely takes care of my cuticles. Today I specifically asked for her to trim my cuticles and she did not so I left with my nails looking like they’re a week grown out already. Very disappointing.

If I can rate this business 0 stars I would. I decided to give this place a try despite of some of their negative reviews on the customer service and believe me you don’t want to go through the embarrassment they will put you through. I got my nails done which cost me $90 on Saturday, Monday afternoon I had 2 cracked nails so I called to make an appt to get them fixed. I explained to the lady that I had just gotten them done 2 days ago and asked if I had to pay anything to fix them since they were just recently done. I was told no but before she said no I can hear her in the back asking someone. I said good and proceeded to make my appt for the following day but my nail tech wasn’t going to be there so fine we made the appt for Thursday. After she fixed my 2 nails I started to walk away and was rudely stopped saying I had to pay by the manager. I calmly explained to her that I had just gotten them done and cracked after 2 days and that I also called and was told I did not have to pay. She insisted I payed for the nail techs time because she was loosing money. She had 0 remorse that I also had to take time to come in. She ended up charging me $10 and was extremely rude! This place doesn’t care about their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have been coming here since moving to the area 2 years ago. All my visits have been wonderful. Staff is always friendly upon arrival. No matter how busy, they are always accommodating. Love coming here. Would recommend services. Gel manicures, Pedicure

I’ve been to this salon before years ago and had a good experience at first . I would mainly just go for either gel or dip powder . As I continue to go I’ve noticed the quality would just not be great / the same as the first few times . I would go home with bumps , cuts and my nails would chip very quickly because my nails would be rushed . I decided not to go back and then covid hit and wouldn’t get my nails done . Finally when I decided I was ready to do my nails again after the pandemic I go back to this nail salon to give it another chance . Same thing first I would have a great experience then my nails would get worse. I even asked for a design a simple small design only on my ring finger to then be told no next time to which I was like okay and felt weird about asking for a design in general/ next time . The last three nail appointments I’ve been pretty disappointed on how I felt rushed . My nails again would chip the day after the appointment or just a couple days or having a the gel top coat chip bc they didn’t cure it long enough bc again rushed . They are all nice from what I’ve experienced but overall I will not be going back .
