I was definitely unsure about my Loc journey and with what direction I wanted to go with but Baltimore Lochstar was extremely transparent about everything. First and foremost the salon is very welcoming and everyone is friendly. I had an accident which was really embarrassing and Never once felt called out which says a lot about the character of the ppl working…. My service took a really long time but I felt really good because Baltimore Lochstar did a great job making sure everything was perfect! I felt great leaving because I know she really wanted to make sure I looked good. She took her time and paid attention to detail which was very appreciative. I loved everything about her services and the salon! Highly recommend!

Kia never disappoints. I have to admit it has been quit so time since I was in her salon. I called her out of the blue to get one of her fabulous styles before my cruise this weekend. She didn’t hesitate. And again I say she never disapoints. My hair is exactly the way I wanted it styled. Kudos to Kia and Natral Sistahs Hair Salon.

If you value your time don’t bother scheduling with Aquilah Headspeth. Made an appointment for 2:15 just to see when I arrived not only is someone in my seat but she had barely started. When I asked how long she needed instead of giving me a clear answer she pointed at her client & said “I just got to finish them” . As I’m leaving she graces me with the response of 30 min. I call back 40 min later to verify before I come back, she answers the phone with the social skills of a black widow “ Hello!!?” I tell her who I am & why I’m calling even though her coworker already told her this, & ask her if she’s almost ready. All for her to tell me “ If you cant wait you can just reschedule” no sorry I’m busy, my bad nothing. Didn’t even bother to give me another time which would’ve been acceptable if she wasn’t so hostile. Aquilah you’re extremely unprofessional thanks for nothing!

It’s very important to research your stylist especially when it comes to loc ext (for sake of money snd time)..
