Unbeknownst to me, I made an important for the same day as I was trying to book for the following Friday..as I’m driving to the galleria from the Woodlands, (the next Friday) I called stating I’m running late the (owner) states oh we don’t show you having an appt for today and that’s when I realized the scheduling error, owner was rude when I asked for the $30 charge fir misdiagnosed and appt. I explained what happened and she was uninterested and could care less, I guess she needs the $30 worse than I did! Horrible customer service! (Side note—- called memorial location, got right in and their prices were cheaper than galleria fir sane service (win-win)
