Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy first appt for myself went fine, however the appt for my daughter was horrible. I made the appt 2 weeks in advance using her IG booking site. It was on 5/29 9am first appt of the day per booking site. Kathy texted me an hr before my daughter’s appt.” To say she running behind” Again her appt was the first for the start of the day at 9am, and did i mention this is Memorial Weekend. Kathy proceeds to tell me 1230 is when she will be able to do my daughter’s hair. So now I am inconvenienced because we had plans for later part of day, thats why I booked the appt 2weeks in advance.I know things happen, However when her dad gets to shop for 1230 , I recv a text mssg asking now for 1245. Basically she pushed my daughter’s 9am appt, that I booked on her IG booking site ,paid a non refundable depoist!!!! ALMOST 4 HRS LATER!! To accommodate one of her friends, that was getting her done while my daughter sat there in Kathy’s shop until 2pm, ( 6 Hours later) when she finally got in her chair!! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and money. Stylist have a list of rules and regulations on how to book their services, however so freaking disrespectful not apologetic or accomdating of the inconvenience this caused me, her dad and my daughter, its not like she was doing me a favor. I am a “PAYING” customer not a “HOMEGIRL”!!! I followed all of her rules and she still did whatever the hell she wanted!!!! Not cool at all!!! My first appt for myself went fine, however the appt for my daughter was horrible. I made the appt 2 weeks in advance using her IG booking site.
