I have thick eyebrows, she shape them so well, I instantly feel pretty after my eyebrows shaped:) The place itself so relaxing and cozy. Got my first lash lift with Natalie and it has become an essential for me. Makes my life so much easier since I don’t always want to put mascara/make up on. I’m not going to lie I was wary to start my waxing journey because it can be quite painful for me, but Natalie was comforting and encouraging. After the second appointment I was way more used to it and now I’m barely bothered at all by the waxing process. Definitely worth it and Natalie is such an informative and excellent waxer.
