Great with hair, customer service could be much better, her and her son need a customer service class to make the experience better and more inviting for customers. I feel like if I’m coming in to pay for something made an appointment for it, I shouldn’t have to wait hours ,and I shouldn’t be told I can’t style your hair because I have other clients come back tomorrow, I shouldn’t be told something that I came in for as simple as a wash and blow dry can’t be done , or he doesn’t feel like doing it because he has a cut on his finger, after watching him wash and retwist multiple customers and almost sitting for an hour for the service to be done he should not have come into work but as I said great with hair I give them that but that customer service is a no for me and never apologetic it’s like if you state something you experienced it’s your fault .

Had a wonderful experience here. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen, everyone was friendly, and my hair didn’t take more than 4 hours to finish. I got Senegalese twist and they were beautiful. Last a while too. Would recommend this shop. Plan on returning to get my hair braided again.
