I loved my experience. It was my first time in a real salon in over 10 years. My hair turned out great! I got a tapered cut and wash and go. I told the stylist how I normally wear my hair in twist out or a wash and go and it looks great either way. Everyone was so nice and knew what they were doing. They do all kinds of natural styles and I will definitely be back to maintain my cut.

The owner takes personal care of each first time client and shows the stylists what needs to be done so the following visits anybody can take care of you. Every single stylist is amazingly talented and extremely welcoming. The vibe is everything. No drama. No extra. Just pure great energy and quick service. I love it here!

This was a delightful find for a girl who has had bad experiences with absurd salon prices coupled with bad service. This was far from the case. I am so happy that I found this place! Ever since going natural, I have had a hard time finding the balance of the proper hair care. I can already tell that the owner has a true sense of what works for various nautural hair types. After my deep conditioner my hair has never felt softer! They have been pretty booked since the reopening but the owner was kind enough to squeeze me in. I will definitely be back if they continue this caliber of service! And I am not one to leave these kinds of reviews lightly, I am very intentional about my stylists.

I’ve been looking for a natural hair salon, and thanks to Google, I found Natural Tresses hair Salon. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles by the receptionist. The salon is nicely decorated, organized and altogether tidy. My assigned stylist took great care of me. I loved that she guided me throughout the process and notified me of every action and step and that’s a huge deal for me. All in all, I had a great experience. This salon is a definite yes! You’ll thank me later.

I have been coming to this salon for years and unfortunately I will never be going again. The punctuality that I’m used to over the years was not there, my daughter had to wait 30 minutes to have her hair washed, and then was left under the dryer for another 40 minutes. My hair dresser was in the back talking for 10 minutes appointment. I should of known something was wrong when I didn’t recognize any of the staff. I came in for a trim and twist and they cut over 4 inches off my hair. Anyone with natural hair knows how long it takes to grow and it’s very uneven so I’m going to have to get it cut even more. My daughter, who was getting her first crochet for her birthday was done in s as rush, the back of hair wasn’t finished and she took it off after 2 days because she could tell her hair was braided too tight. When she removed her braids she had 2 bald spots in the front of her hairline. I had to watch her cry and tried to assure her that her hair would grow out, but I’m not sure it will. I tipped these girl’s generously and a refund wouldn’t even be enough to repay us for this traumatic experience. I hope no one else EVER has to go through this!!!!!

I had to pay for an appointment. Then after being given a date it was offered to another client. I did not have my credit card on me. I asked the receptionist if I could call her with the number within 15 minutes upon my arrival home. I called immediately, less than 15 minutes with no response. I got through after 4 calls and was told my appointment was given away.
