I had my hair done by Kelsie and LOVED how it turned out! I showed her a picture but told her I wasn’t 100% confident about going as plum as the picture so she told me she knew what to do and said she thought I would be happy with it. I trusted her and loved how it turned out!! I also told her how I don’t have the best luck with Color sticking to my hair very long and she suggested a pigmented deep conditioner to help brighten the color and last longer. I will definitely be back and am thinking I am ready to go more plum!

I got my hair highlighted and it was fine for the first day. Then the next time I washed it I couldn’t get my fingers or a brush through it. I called the salon and they told me they would get me in ASAP and do a treatment. They then blamed the problems with my hair on me for not using professional shampoo from them. Then they made me purchase a treatment from them. They did not take responsibility for what they caused on my hair. My hair is now stretchy and dry.
