My name is Alexa Weimer. I’ve been an active LMT since 2015. I graduated from ISB (College of Natural Health) in Ankeny in November, 2014. My goal is to alleviate your stress & chronic pain, increase mobility & body awareness. Every massage is a learning experience for both therapist and client. My massage style is a mix of swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point, and stretching techniques, accustomed to your individual needs. I also offer upgrades to your services, such as hot stones and cupping! It has always been an honor to do massage/bodywork, and I am thrilled to start doing it through my own means.

Loved my experience here. Alexa listen to my needs and sore areas of the body that I put down on the intake form. I had the hot stones massage. It was perfect on a cold day like it was today. I don’t like a lot of talking during the session and she was respectful of that. I could zone out and relax and take in my relaxation time. She has a very good healing touch. Alexa is very professional and extremely good at relieving muscle pain and soreness. She has a variety of techniques including myofascial release which can be very beneficial. I have been to a number of massage therapists over the years and she is by far the best.
